Lebohang Motaung is an admitted attorney of the High Court and having obtained his LLB Degree at the University of the Witwatersrand in 2009. He possesses about 12 years of experience in Labour law, Civil litigation, Company law, Corporate law, Administrative law, Intellectual Property law and Commercial law, which includes his tenure as a candidate attorney at Medupi Lehong Incorporated between 2011 and 2013. He joined Ncube Inc in February 2016 and was assigned to CATHSSETA whom he assisted with, corporate re-alignment, contract management and procurement advice when the said SETA was under administration. My management of the client’s contracts spanned the lifecycle of a contract from negotiation, drafting, contract management and termination, as well as managing all kinds of disputes that emanate from these contracts. He also assisted clients such as Delta Property Fund and National Lottery with debt collection litigation and commercial litigation. In his Labour law practice he is handling labour and employment law needs for the National Health and Allied Workers Union. His practice is also currently focused on administrative law and procurement law litigation and advisory for clients such as PK Financial Consultants in the private sector and Transnet, Eskom, State Information Technology Agency, Joburg Development Agency, JOSHCO, City of Joburg in the public sector. He possesses an immense knowledge in tender review litigation and advisory having being on both the State’s side and the private clients’ side. He remains committed to advancing his knowledge base after having obtained post graduate certificates with the Mandela Graduate Institute at Wits University for Competition Law, Company Law and International Business Transactions Law. He is currently pursuing a certificate in Intellectual Property Law and Procurement Law.
